This week, we’re thrilled to announce a big milestone: we’ve released 503 new games, bringing our total to over 80,000 games! Since we kicked off our game collection in May 2023, we’ve been on an exciting journey, starting from our early days when we welcomed our first creators and refining the Megamod game editor. With each new feature and tool we introduced, our games evolved—especially as we launched our app on Google Play and expanded our distribution with Crazy Games in April 2024.
We’ve had the opportunity to experiment with gameplay across various formats: from ultra-short, 6-second games to full, hour-long experiences, and even marathon sessions lasting around 4 hours. Thanks to the efforts of over 4,200 creators who have completed our onboarding, and the careful quality control of our art leads, we’re able to offer such diverse game experiences.
To make our games accessible to everyone, we also tested low-poly games, optimized for a range of devices and internet speeds, as well as high-detail AAA-quality worlds—all crafted at a speed and scale traditional studios couldn’t match.
Our work with game streamers and their communities has shown us the power of pairing UGC content with UGC-driven marketing: fast games, fast users, and fast feedback. It’s a perfect match that keeps us moving quickly and learning in real time.
Our goal is to monetize the engagement of every contributor within the Megamod ecosystem, and we’re excited to keep exploring and experimenting!
